General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These terms and conditions also apply to orders placed by mail, email, or telephone.

1. General
All deliveries and services provided by Leafy Greens AG are subject to these terms and conditions. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express consent of Leafy Greens AG and must be made in writing. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the ordered goods.

2. Delivery Area
We deliver within Switzerland and to countries of the European Union. Shipping within Switzerland is carried out exclusively via Swiss Post, and shipping to the EU via DHL. The respective shipping costs are listed in our Shipping Policy and are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Conditions
Leafy Greens AG reserves the right to charge a surcharge for difficult delivery conditions, deviating special requests, or return shipments requested by the customer.

4. Transport Complaints
The customer must notify Leafy Greens AG of complaints regarding transport damage as quickly as possible, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods.

5. Product Complaints
Complaints regarding scope of delivery, defects, incorrect deliveries, and quantity discrepancies must be raised immediately, and no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods, insofar as these can be identified through reasonable inspection.
In the case of justified complaints, Leafy Greens AG will deliver missing quantities and otherwise exchange or take back the goods.

6. Warranty
Leafy Greens AG provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on all Mount One products against material and manufacturing defects. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper handling, use contrary to its intended purpose, or intentional damage. The provisions of our Right of Withdrawal policy otherwise apply.

7. Return Conditions
The customer may return ordered items within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. If these conditions are met, the full purchase price of the returned goods will be refunded; return shipping costs are excluded from this (see item 8). The Swiss Code of Obligations otherwise applies.

8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for the return of items are generally borne by the customer and are not included in the refund.
In the following cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Leafy Greens AG: receipt of an item other than what was ordered / receipt of an item that was not ordered / receipt of a defective item / receipt of an incomplete product.

9. Customer Data
Leafy Greens AG is entitled to collect, store, and process the customer's personal data required within the scope of the business relationship.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively.
